As parents and now grandparents, our children have all passed through our nursery. All of whom have confidently transitioned to school ready and wanting to learn. Many of our team have their children and grandchildren in the nursery. This reassures you that the care we provide for all children is precisely what we expect for our children.

There are many nurseries in Stoke on Trent, but I can guarantee you will not find a nursery as experienced and qualified as our team. We do understand that qualifications do not always make an outstanding early-year practitioner. We handpick our team as owners and look for enthusiasm and commitment. Our rigorous training regime provides everything else they need. As a result, we have the perfect combination and an incredible team. We have a low staff turnover. When staff leave, it is to move up the ladder and confidently take on new challenges.

Choosing a nursery is one of the most important, and often the hardest, decisions you will ever make for your child. We have tried to provide insight into our childcare and learning philosophy. However, the best way to understand a nursery is to come and talk to the team and see us in action. We are so confident in our practice that we offer an open-door policy. You do not need to book an appointment; complete the attached Interest Form as part of our Safeguarding Policy. You will see exactly what your child will be experiencing rather than an environment set up to entice you into signing up. We let our devoted and committed team tell you about our nursery.

We offer a small, friendly, personal service, creating an atmosphere as close to home as possible. At Little Potters, we believe that all children are unique individuals, and the care and education we provide respect their individuality.

When children are hurt or upset, they need to know who to turn to for a cuddle, and our small groups and key-person approach offers this. Your children will be happy to receive a comforting hug from all the team.
